ingredients
Flour 1/2 cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Onion 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 3/4 cup
Beat for 5 mins
Rest for 10 mins
Medium heated oil
Pour batter (whisk the batter everytime before pour into oil)
Fry until golden brown
